It explains the limits of the information on the Site about our furnished mid-term rentals in New Jersey. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Site provides general information about furnished rentals, furnished apartments, short-term and weekly rentals, temporary housing, corporate housing, insurance housing and travel nurse housing. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current. We do not promise that it is complete, error-free or up to date at every moment.

2. Availability, Rates and Photos

Availability, pricing ranges, amenities and house or apartment details can change without notice. Short-term and weekly rentals depend on availability, building rules and local regulations. Photographs and descriptions show typical features and may not match a specific house exactly. A home becomes yours only after you sign a written Lease Agreement. Until then, we do not guarantee that any home stays available.

3. Not Legal, Insurance or Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, insurance, tax or financial advice. For example, many homeowner policies include loss of use coverage, also called additional living expense (ALE), which may help pay for temporary housing after a covered loss. Each policy has its own limits and conditions. Check your policy and speak with your insurer or a qualified professional before you rely on any coverage.

4. Locations, Distances and Travel Times

We describe our homes in East Brunswick, South Brunswick and Plainfield, New Jersey, and the nearby hospitals, universities, business parks, train lines and airports. Distances and drive times are approximate. Traffic, construction and train schedules change them. Check current routes before you plan your trip.

5. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

We mention places such as Rutgers University, RWJBarnabas Health, Saint Peter’s University Hospital, Princeton University, NJ Transit and Newark Liberty International Airport only to describe where our homes sit. Those names belong to their owners. Sweetstar has no affiliation with, and no endorsement from, any of them.

6. Healthcare Professionals and Corporate Guests

Sweetstar offers housing only. We are not a staffing agency, hospital, employer or relocation management company. We do not place, hire or employ travel nurses or other workers. Your employer or agency may have its own housing rules, and you stay responsible for following them.

7. External Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Limit of Responsibility

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Sweetstar is not liable for losses that come from relying on information on the Site. Our Terms and Conditions set out the full limits of liability. Any dispute about an actual stay falls under your signed Lease Agreement.
